Which One Is Better?

NO Xplode or SuperPump Max?

This article takes these two hugely popular and well known pre-workout supplements head to head in a comparison style review. In the case of NO Xplode vs Superpump Max, it will be hard to say one is "better" than the other, but I will put them side by side so we can see which one might work better for a specific persons needs, compared with anothers. Both of these supplements made last years top 10 best sellers list, and both deserve a kudos to them.Which one will work better for you? Lets take a look:

Which one provides more energy and focus?

NO Xplode has the higher caffeine content per scoop, sitting at about the 150mg mark. While Superpump has about 100mg per scoop. So we can say that NO Xplode provides more energy and focus. Along with the caffeine, they both contain other energy enhancers like Taurine, Tyrosine, and Glucoronolactone.

Which one will help promote more gains in strength?

NO Xplode will help you make more gains in strength. They include more Creatine, and other ingredients like Beta Alanine and Betaine HCL for strength. The makers of Superpump suggest that you stack SuperPump with another one of their products called "SizeOn"for more help in this area.

Which one will give better pumps?

According to the ingredients, it looks like NO Xplode will provide more of a pump for your workouts. You'll have to take this bit of info with a grain of salt however...reason being that neither product gives out actual amounts of the ingredients mentioned, and after extensive searching, I still have not found the numbers for these.

Which one will speed up recovery and muscle growth?

Superpump Max is definitely the winner in this category. It has ingredients like Carnitine, and L-Glutamine to actually begin repairing the muscles during your workout, and by doing so improving your endurance as well. NO Xplode doesn't have much of anything to speed up this process. Their company sells other products like "Cell Mass"that they recommend stacking with to produce this effect.

Which is the better choice for you?

The answer to this will depend on what you want to use a pre-workout supplement for in the first place. If you're looking to really start making some gains in strength, then NO Xplode looks like it would be the better choice for you. It has a lot more strength enhancing ingredients, without doing any kind of stacking with other supplements. If you're goal is to mainly get some extra energy and endurance out of using a pre-workout, then SuperPump Max looks like the better choice for you. And the good part about Superpump is that a few of the ingredients will help you begin the recovery process immediately, which will actually help you endure better throughout your workout as well - And - help you come back strong the next time.

Which is the better product?

Both pre-workouts have a lot to offer in the way of benefits for your routine, but the real question is, which is the better product - for what? They are both right up there with the highest quality pre-workout formula's available right now. Finding out which one will work best for you will inevitabley come down to a bit of trial and error because some ingredients affect people in different ways. The best way to begin looking for the right one for you is to know the answer to - What do you want to use the pre-workout supplement for?
